Several terraces allow you to enjoy the sun, barbecue, and relaxing evenings. Located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, surrounded by Moscatel vineyards and set in a peaceful area protected by the countryside, the villa offers a fully fenced garden, various relaxation areas, and a private 4 x 8 m swimming pool with outdoor shower and lounge area. A covered private parking space for two vehicles is available. Nearby: Moraira, Benissa, Javea, Calpe beaches, and Valencia just 1 hour away via the (free) highway. The Costa Blanca is perfect for water sports (fishing, canoeing, jet skiing…) or simply relaxing and enjoying the sunny climate all year round. Not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Additional information Electricity: 100 kWh included per week, beyond that: €0.20/kWh (100 kWh is usually sufficient for one week). Cleaning fee: €240 per stay. Linen supply: €15 per person.
